HOW TO MEASURE THE WIDTH OF THE BLIND
As a general rule, we must add to the width of the window between 7 and 10 cms on each side of the outer frame of the window. If the window or door is next to a wall, we will measure from the wall at the end of the outside frame of the window and add between 7 and 10 cms only on one side If the window or door is between walls, we will measure the gap we have and discount 0.5 cms. | |
It should be noted, that the total width of the steed are the supports + the fabric. The measure that we must put when placing the order is the total measure of the snever. This means that the fabric will be between 4 and 5.3 cm less than the total width of the steed depending on the type of drive chosen
HOW TO MEASURE THE HEIGHT OF THE BLIND
INSTALLATION TO CEILING:
Measure from the ceiling to where we want the bottom of the roller blind (H) to go. Remember to consider obstacles that are in the path of your blind, such as window handles or radiators. We recommend adding 5/10 cms from the end of the window frame at the bottom
WALL INSTALLATION:
As a generalrule, we must add between 15/20 cms at the height of the window frame at the top; and add between 5/10 cms to the height of the window frame at the bottom or the measurement where you want the bottom of the blind to reach.
H = WINDOW HEIGHT + 15/20 CMS + 5/10 CMS
