EUROPEAN UNION

• All our orders are delivered by SEUR, GLS or by group companies. The cost of the shipments is calculated directly by the web based on the weight and volume of the products you have purchased, its price is indicated in the shopping cart.

• Delivery times range between 3 and 5 days. These deadlines are not binding since it does not depend on us, but on the transport companies.

• Orders placed on holidays and holidays in Spain, or Monday through Friday after 14 pm will be processed on the next business day. The distribution days are from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

• Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the orders that include several articles a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.

• Exceptions:
• No deliveries will be made in post office boxes, or cash on delivery.
• There will be no delivery to an island destination, only in the European Union, with the exception of the UK.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

• All peninsular shipments are free from € 85 , for the Balearic and Canary Islands the cost of the shipments is calculated directly on the web based on the weight and volume of the products you have bought, the price is indicated in the shopping cart.
• If you want us to send your order from a specific date or / and a certain time slot, you can indicate it in comments of the order. We will handle your request so that you receive it when you request it. You will receive an email or an SMS to your mobile phone, informing you that your order has left our stores
• Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours at the customer's choice. These deadlines are not binding since it does not depend on us, but on the transport companies. In rural populations far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery in 24 hours.

• Orders placed on holidays and holidays or Monday through Friday after 2 pm will be processed on the next business day. Delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays, therefore, a 24-hour order placed on a Friday before 2 pm will be delivered on Monday.

• Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated in each and every one of the products offered. In the orders that include several articles a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
