• All our orders are delivered by SEUR, GLS or by group companies. The cost of the shipments is calculated directly by the web based on the weight and volume of the products you have purchased, its price is indicated in the shopping cart.

• The manufacturing time is reflected in the upper right part of the product. Once manufactured by BANDALUX we send it to your address through SEUR or group companies, so that you have it at home in 3-5 days depending on the country and population. These deadlines are not binding as it depends on the time of manufacture and transport companies.

• Orders placed on holidays and holidays or Monday through Friday after 2 pm will be processed on the next business day. The distribution days are from Monday to Friday excluding holidays, therefore, an order sent on a Friday will be delivered on Thursday or next Friday. The transport company will not deliver your order at home, but it will fit in the elevator cabin, so you will have to pick it up at the entrance

• The delivery times will depend on the manufacturing time of each product. Bandalux offers customized products and each product or fabric can have a different manufacturing timing. However, the delivery period corresponds to the item whose delivery time is longer.

• Exceptions:
• No deliveries will be made in post office boxes, or cash on delivery.
• There will be no delivery to an island destination, only in the European Union, with the exception of the UK.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

• All the shipments of Bandalux products with peninsular destination are free from 85 Euros, for the Balearic and Canary Islands the cost of the shipments is calculated directly on the web based on the weight and volume of the products you have bought, its price is indicated in the cart of the purchase.
• If you want us to send your order from a specific date or / and a certain time slot, you can indicate it in comments of the order. We will handle your request so that you receive it when you request it. You will receive an email or an SMS to your mobile phone, informing you that your order has left our stores
